10.the important of health and ways to keep your health

Health is very important in the life of every person. People say:  health is all, you can do what you like. Moreover, if you have health you can help many people who are having trouble. Do you have ways to keep your healthy.

In my opinion to keep healthy the first, you must eat reasonably,  you should eat more vegestable and drink from 1 to 2 liters of water daily

the 2nd, you should exercise every day, you can play some sports suit you as: volleyball, athletics, badminton ...

You should go  for regularly health examination that will help find the patient and doctor will give you some useful advice to improve your health

Finally, wish you always healthy to have a useful life
