Sorry, but I am still not rick. Clover is mine, along with her friends!

Clover POV

I finished off my yogurt cup and dumped it in a trash can by the basketball courts. I searched the court and spotted Sierra shooting some hoops. I jogged over to her as she shot a three pointer.

“Hey!” I called. Sierra spotted me and her face went pale. She shook it off and put on a brave face.

“Hey! What are you doing here?” I shrugged.

“Trying to find something fun for me to do on my birthday. Could I shoot some hoops with you?” Sierra fetched the basketball and thought about it. Usually when I asked to hang with her, she would agree right away, but this time she hesitated.

“I guess so.” That hurt me. I could tell in her voice that I was intruding on something. I looked down at the ground and said,

“It doesn’t sound like you want me around. See you later.” I took off and I heard Sierra call,

“Clover! That’s not what I meant! Come back!” but I didn’t. I kept running until I reached the Athena cabin. I walked in and plopped down on my bed. My teddy bear was sitting at the end of my bed, as if begging to be loved. I picked it up and squeezed it tight. Someone walked inside the cabin and I recognized him as my friend Zach. He had black hair and gray eyes. His Camp Half Blood shirt was covered with an odd blue substance. Zach’s pants looked like he had run through cacti in them. He looked at me and pushed the person who was walking behind him out the door. I heard complaining and Zach saying, “She’s in there!”. I stood up, teddy bear still in my arms, and walked over to the door. I heard someone running away as I poked my head out. I saw a flash of brown hair, but nothing else. Zach was whistling and kicking a rock on the ground. I looked at him,

“Zach, who was that?” I asked tightening my grip on my teddy bear. Zach didn’t make eye contact as he said,

“Oh, no one.” I crossed my arms, accidently dropping my teddy bear.

“Why can’t anyone be straight with me?” Zach was about to say something, but I cut him off, “No Zach. I don’t want an excuse. I know when I’m not wanted.” Zach was about to protest, but I picked up my teddy bear and pushed past him. I ran toward the Demeter cabin. I needed someone who wanted to be around me. I walked into the greenhouse cabin and looked around for Mable or Flora. I spotted a red headed girl tending to a pansy plant and I blond haired girl singing to a rose plant. I knew what Mable was singing to the rose plant. It was a growth blessing. Flora, I thought was putting some plant food in the pansy plants. I walked over and said,

“Hi. What are you doing?” Flora was almost scared out of her skin. Mable spun around, breaking her concentration on the rose plant. Flora smiled, but looked at Mable like She’s here! What do we do? My smile faded.

“Let my guess, you don’t want me.” Mable’s eyes got wide,

“No way! You can help me weed the plants outside on the roof.” I looked at Flora, who looked like a cornered animal. I looked around and spotted movement in the corner of my eye. I spun and spotted someone duck behind a flower box. I was about to go see who it was, but Mable took my by the hand and pulled me toward a ladder leading to the roof. I looked back at the person behind the flower box and saw some boy blond hair. Before I could get a better look, Mable pulled me up the ladder.
